We all feel it - the quiet gravity of doing things the way we’ve always done them.
It pulls at our habits, our assumptions, and even the questions we ask (or don’t).
Yesterday marked Day One of our Commercial Curiosity programme with a team of 40 here in NZ - and that’s exactly what we set out to challenge.
And no - the bald and the beautiful - was not a reference to me (but thanks for asking). Just a pseudonym from inside the programme.
From personalised diagnostics to curiosity compasses and quests, the next six weeks are going to be blast.
Why the focus on Commercial Curiosity?
Sir Ken Robinson captures it so well:
“Curiosity is the engine of achievement.”
When you’re curious about your clients, your stakeholders, your systems - you uncover things others miss. You ask sharper questions. You spot hidden opportunities.
You may even see around corners.
In the commercial field of play, that means:
✅ Better ideas
✅ Better decisions
✅ Better relationships
And that’s what we’re here to help people do.
Curiosity isn’t fluff. It’s fuel.
And when it’s focused commercially, it doesn’t just spark insight, it sharpens thinking, deepens relationships and gives teams an edge as they tackle their biggest opportunities and challenges.
