New lens, better results?

We can talk a lot about changing behaviour - how to show up differently, speak differently, lead differently.

But what if the real shift isn’t in what we DO, but in what we SEE?

Perspective is the spring that feeds the river. It shapes what we notice, how we react and, ultimately, what we do.

So, if want better results for ourselves or our team (who doesn’t?), one of the most potent things we can do is work on our perspective.

A workshop participant recently shared a great example with me. She was highly experienced but looked younger than her years - and so at times got talked down to like she was a junior. Her perspective shift?

“Underestimate me, that should be fun” 😆

That small shift in how she saw the situation changed how she responded to it.

Where in your work could a fresh perspective change how you play the game?
