Cookies and beacons

Cookies are small text files that are placed in your browser by the websites you visit. They are widely used to help users navigate websites efficiently, to perform certain functions on the sites and/or to provide site owners with information about how their sites are used.

This website generates cookies in connection with the operation and administration of the site and to monitor use of the site. Click here to view which cookies are stored on your computer due to the use of the platform.

You can remove or block cookies (by using settings in your browser) but doing so may affect your ability to use elements of the site.

We also use service providers like HubSpot, Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign, that use various technologies to collect information, including cookies and software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs). Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Among other things, the clear gifs in our HTML-based emails help to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs in emails to personal information.

Keeping personal information secure is important to us. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised use or disclosure.

How Long We'll Keep It

We will keep your information for as long as we require it to promote or provide our services to you or as we otherwise reasonably believe is required for use in connection with this policy or as required by law. You may, however, unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link you’ll find at the bottom of the emails.

Access and Correction

You have the right to access and to request correction of any of your personal information that we hold. To exercise this right, or to ask us anything else in relation to your privacy, please contact us:
