And then you were tested.

You thought you were prepared. You thought you knew your stuff. You thought you knew how to shape this conversation.

And then you were tested.

You weren't the negotiator you meant to be.

Your prep had failed to prepare for the biggest variable: You.

But preparing is hard when you're dragged from one meeting to the next with next to no time to think. Shooting from the hip becomes the status quo.

The prepared negotiator is not the person who always has time to prepare. It's the person who knows how to prepare when they have three weeks, three hours, or three minutes. The person who prepares themselves as much as they prepare the agenda.

Because negotiations rarely follow the script.

So...

I put together a one-day intensive for teams who want to be ready for the negotiations they're actually in.

Before the intensive, each participant completes a diagnostic to identify the conversations and moments that test them most. Together, we'll build a practical preparation system that flexes to your unique environment, whether that’s the internal negotiation that just dropped in your calendar or the meeting that your whole team is working towards.

We’ve also bundled in a follow-up session a few weeks later to create space for the team to test, adapt, and go deeper

If that sounds like something your team needs, drop me a line.
