Unfortunately, trust is most obvious when it’s lost. And at that stage, we’re left with a bad case of the “if onlys” and a long road to recovery, if that road hasn’t been permanently blocked.
Building trust is a choice. And it’s a choice that needs to be made consistently. I mean, when was the last time we even talked about building trust in a meeting?
